Can an Australian student apply and use a student advantage card in the US?

Hi, I’m an Australian student considering travelling America. I’ve seen that you can get a 15% discount on Greyhound buses and AMTRAK trains with a student advantage card, so I was wondering how I would go about getting one?

    Their site states “Students or young travelers under 26″
    While the primary link is for delivery to US students there is a link for international.
