How many crunches should I do per day to look good for spring break?

Im not fat, I just want to look amazing for spring break since I will be going to Myrtle Beach.
also, if you have time, what can i do to tone my legs/butt?

    for your legs and butt squats/lunges with weights in your hands by your side or against your chest

    hmm it has been proven that crunches are not too efficient i would recommend you do weights and do sets of 10 to tone up and make sure your muscles really ache by the end of a set then give them a few minutes to recover. for best results you extend the period of time in which it takes to carry out the movement you should aim for 4-6 seconds. and its really resisting the weight which does the work.
